New helmet safety requirements introduced in Ukraine

Starting from September 27, 2026, a new European safety standard for motorcycle helmets, ECE 22.06, will come into effect in Ukraine. The requirements will apply to manufacturers, importers, and sellers, but motorcycle owners are not required to replace their helmets until their next purchase.
