Ukraine proposes to limit gadget use in schools

Ukraine is considering limiting the use of smartphones and other gadgets in schools. The Education Committee of the Verkhovna Rada has formed a working group to develop a draft law based on the Finnish model, allowing educational institutions to set their own technology usage rules.
