The Yaremche City Court found a resident of Vorokhta guilty of violating dog ownership rules. His pit bull attacked a Pomeranian spitz on the bank of the Prut River without a leash or muzzle. The owner was fined 3,400 UAH, but the pit bull was not confiscated.
