In the Shevchenkiv community of Kharkiv region, a 31-year-old man offered a police officer a bribe of 30,000 hryvnias to avoid administrative responsibility for riding a moped without a helmet and under the influence of alcohol. The police officer refused the offer, and the man was charged.
