Lukashenko to leverage potash in negotiations with the US

Alexander Lukashenko stated that there are no free volumes of potash fertilizers for supply to the US, which does not rule out a possible deal with Washington. According to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry's special envoy, this statement may be used as leverage in negotiations.
