In Rivne, three personnel from the territorial recruitment center (TCC) were detained for assaulting a 40-year-old man during a document check. The victim sustained head injuries and a chemical burn to his eyes. The detainees are in pre-trial detention and face imprisonment of 3 to 7 years.
