Orphaned children in Kharkiv region to receive financial aid
On September 22, the Kharkiv Regional Council approved a decision to provide monthly financial assistance of 8,000 hryvnias to orphaned children or children deprived of parental care whose parents died due to explosive devices. The aid will be provided until the children reach the age of 18.
