Chernivtsi cancels new trolleybus line in favor of new trolleybuses

Chernivtsi has canceled the new trolleybus line project due to a budget increase from 20 to 100 million UAH. Mayor Roman Klychuk announced that the funds will be redirected to purchase 37 new trolleybuses, expected to be delivered by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
