Ukraine's defense tech partnerships increase despite delays in implementation
A report from the Kyiv School of Economics Institute reveals that Ukraine has formed at least 180 international partnerships in the defense tech sector since the full-scale invasion. However, export restrictions and fragmented procedures are hindering the implementation of some agreements.
