The "Elektrotrans" municipal enterprise in Kropyvnytskyi has reduced the number of trolleybuses and buses due to a driver shortage. Viktor Zhytniak, head of the transport department, stated that if new drivers can be recruited, the enterprise will be able to restore the previous transport schedule.
