Businessman Timur Mindich allegedly proposed to former Deputy Head of the Office of the President Iryna Mudra a scheme to legalise funds for the bail of former Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko. Prosecutors are seeking to detain Mindich, and a public official known as 'Kyrylo Oleksiyovych' is also implicated.
