Kharkiv regional administration does not expand evacuation zone in Izium district

On September 21, the head of the Kharkiv regional administration, Oleg Synehubov, stated that there are no grounds for expanding the evacuation zone in the Izium district despite increased Russian shelling. He noted that the front line is stable and the risk of territory capture is absent.
