A Russian attack on 15 August damaged the Belsta shoe factory in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. The strike destroyed the embroidery workshop and cafeteria, and also damaged energy infrastructure and solar panels. Production at the factory, which employs around 500 people, has been halted.
