Supreme Court supports tax reassessment on dividends for non-residents

The Supreme Court of Ukraine confirmed the reassessment of 42.99 million UAH in tax liabilities for "Bunge Ukraine" regarding dividends paid to a Dutch owner. The court stated that the purchase of corporate rights does not constitute an investment in the company's capital, thus excluding the right to a zero tax rate.
