The State Tax Service clarifies reporting for transition to single tax

The State Tax Service of Ukraine provided clarification on reporting for businesses transitioning to the third group single tax starting October 1, 2026. Businesses must submit their final profit tax declaration for the first nine months of 2026 within 40 days after the period ends.
