Sports complex "Lokomotyv" in Kharkiv transferred to communal ownership
On September 22, the Kharkiv Regional Council approved the transfer of the "Lokomotyv" sports complex to the communal ownership of local communities. The facility, previously owned by "Ukrzaliznytsia", will be placed under the management of a regional sports organization.
