GPS collar to track Eurasian lynx movements in the Carpathians
WWF-Ukraine, in collaboration with specialists from the Verkhovyna National Nature Park and the Rakhiv Forestry, has launched a telemetry study of the Eurasian lynx in the Ukrainian Carpathians. Researchers will fit one lynx with a GPS-GSM collar to monitor its routes and habitat use.
