Cabinet plans to transfer gas generation from OGTU to Naftogaz

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a plan to separate gas generation from the Operator of Gas Transmission System of Ukraine. The generating assets, consisting of nine units with a total capacity of over 240 MW, are set to be transferred to a new company, which will subsequently be handed over to Naftogaz.
