Ministry of Culture to assist mobilized artists in obtaining creative leave
The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has begun collaborating with the Ministry of Defense to create a mechanism for granting creative leave to mobilized artists. The approval of such leave will depend on the military unit where the serviceman is stationed.
