Starting from October 22, 2026, a new Law No. 4924-IX 'On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons' will come into effect in Ukraine. The law will replace the previous one adopted in 2014 and will change the rules for registration and state support for displaced persons.
