Court rejects SBU request for access to VAKS system

The Shevchenkivskyi District Court in Kyiv has denied the Security Service of Ukraine's request for access to the document flow of the High Anti-Corruption Court. This decision complicates the SBU's ability to be informed about searches and investigations conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
