NEURC improves rules for electricity disconnection and reconnection
The National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities has improved the rules for electricity disconnection and reconnection for household consumers. The changes took effect on September 26, 2026, and the new pricing mechanism will be implemented on October 1, 2026.
