On August 29 and 30, 2026, two Russian Pantsir-S1 air defence systems were destroyed in Crimea and Krasnodar Krai. One was eliminated near Kerch, while the other was taken out near the Yeysk airfield. The operation continues with the aim of eliminating other similar systems.

In summer 2026, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed two "Pantsir-S1" air defense systems. One was hit near Saint Petersburg, and the other in Rostov Oblast. Preliminary reports indicate casualties among Russian military personnel.
