The High Court in Prague has found Member of the European Parliament Jana Nad'ova guilty of fraud involving EU subsidies amounting to around 2 million euros. She received a three-year suspended sentence and a fine in a case linked to the Agrofert agricultural holding owned by Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš.
