Storyline
As of September 1, 2026, new connection rules to electricity networks, developed by the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Public Utilities, came into effect in Ukraine. The changes include flexible connections, separate energy accounting, and a mechanism for shared infrastructure use. Prior to this, on August 31, 2026, several draft resolutions were approved at a meeting of the commission and published for public input.
From the beginning to today
