A court has ruled against an internally displaced person (IDP) who concealed their receipt of an apartment while continuing to claim housing assistance. The IDP must repay 72,000 hryvnias, plus an additional 26,000 hryvnias in debt, 2,000 hryvnias in court fees, and 5,000 hryvnias in creditor costs.
