Storyline
The case began with the initiative to establish an International Compensation Commission for Ukraine, recorded on August 21, 2026. Later, on September 9, 2026, a new law regulating international investment disputes and mandating open auctions for small privatisation was adopted. These changes indicate progress in reforming the investment climate in Ukraine.
