In the center of Sumy, at 18 Pokrovska Street, a historical building was demolished that was supposed to be renovated. Instead of preserving the first floor and adding a second, the entire structure was taken down, including the foundation and basement. The renovation was commissioned by lawyer Yuliya Moliboh.
