NVIDIA confirmed that the DLSS 5 technology will be launched on September 3. NBA 2K27 will be the first game to officially support this technology. Plans for DLSS 5 support for RTX 40 graphics cards do not have a specific date yet.
During the March presentation of DLSS 5, NVIDIA used maximum settings, raising concerns about performance. Test results indicate that the new technology can reduce frame rates by 75%, even when lowering graphical settings.
