From the beginning to today
In Lviv, 13-year-old Vitalii from Ivano-Frankivsk received a kidney transplant from a deceased donor. The boy had a congenital urinary system defect and had been undergoing hemodialysis. The operation was performed by specialists from the Children's Hospital of St. Nicholas and the Transplantation Center of St. Panteleimon Hospital.
