The European Commission stated that Ukraine may not receive a €3.7 billion tranche if the Verkhovna Rada does not pass the bill on taxes for imported parcels. This law is one of the conditions for receiving macro-financial assistance from the EU. Next week, Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis will hold a video conference with the Ukrainian government to discuss reforms.
