The situation in the Velykoburlutsk community of Kharkiv Oblast is deteriorating due to increased Russian attacks, resulting in daily strikes on private homes. It has been noted that the Vylkhivatska territorial recruitment centre has relocated to Kharkiv due to these strikes.
