The Uman District Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit to grant heritage status to a water tower that has lacked proper designation for over 15 years. The structure, built in the early 20th century, was included in the list of newly discovered heritage sites in 2010 but has not yet been registered as a national monument.
