From the beginning to today
An experimental program has been launched in Kharkiv region to purchase housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs). Communities, including Bylazniukivka and Starovirivka, provide free accommodation for IDPs for up to three years with the possibility of extension, while the housing remains community property.
