Representatives of the Japanese Red Cross visited Vinnytsia, where they met with the team of the Ukrainian Red Cross. They discussed the opening of a Community Center in Vinnytsia and its operational directions, including the social service 'Home Care'. A meeting with Serhiy Glukhienky also took place.
