Prosecutors from the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office have completed the pre-trial investigation into nine Russian soldiers accused of organizing and carrying out at least 14 chemical attacks on Ukrainian positions in Kharkiv region. As a result of the attacks, seven Ukrainian servicemen suffered poisoning.
