In the first half of 2026, Transcarpathia recorded 481,300 tourist overnight stays, a 25.4% increase compared to 2025. Overall, Ukraine reported 4.82 million overnight stays, with local budgets receiving 186.6 million UAH in tourist tax. Transcarpathia ranks fourth among Ukrainian regions for overnight stays.
