   Cherkasy explains release of dogs from shelter onto the streets

   The city authorities in Cherkasy explained the reasons for releasing dogs from the shelter onto the streets. As of early August, there were 220 animals in the shelter, most of which were captured in the city. Since the beginning of the year, seven dogs have been released from the shelter.
