In Crimea, rivers have dried up due to heat and a lack of rainfall in August, while water reservoir levels decreased by 20 million cubic meters. According to the Crimean Hydrometeorological Center, rainfall in river basins was only 3-26% of the norm, leading to significant depletion of water resources.
