As of August 2026, Lviv has the highest prices for new buildings among western regions of Ukraine, with an average cost of 68,900 UAH per square meter. In contrast, Lutsk is one of the cities with the cheapest housing, where the price per square meter is 43,000 UAH. Other cities like Chernivtsi and Uzhhorod also show high prices for new buildings, at 51,600 UAH per square meter.
