26-year-old Peruvian citizen Oscar Alberto Ualpa Makera described the torture he endured after returning from combat in the Russian army. His comrades demanded access to his bank card, threatening to kill him, and ultimately cut off his finger. Oscar urged other Latin American nationals not to sign contracts with Russians.
