Storyline
The case began with Shabunin's statement about the confrontation between effective law enforcement agencies, such as the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, and a criminal group within the Office of the Prosecutor General, the State Bureau of Investigation, and the Security Service of Ukraine. Dmytro Bykov commented that the 'empire' of the Prosecutor General is beginning to wobble, indicating changes in the situation.
