Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo, a 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman and influencer, died following a penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok. After the injection, he experienced symptoms of pulmonary embolism, and despite resuscitation attempts, doctors were unable to save him.
