The Security Service of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General have charged four individuals involved in the deportation of 53 Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast to Moscow in October 2022. Among the suspects is former health minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Dmytro Hartsiev, and his accomplices.
