The issue of cancelling mathematics as a mandatory subject in the NMT began to be discussed in Odesa, where local scholars and educators expressed their views. Later, on September 10, it became clear that opinions among Ukrainians on this matter were divided, indicating differing perspectives on the importance of mathematics in the educational process.
