As of early July 2026, 218,731 companies in Ukraine have tax debts totaling 263.32 billion hryvnias. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the total tax debt has increased by 2.5 times. Dnipropetrovsk region ranks second in Ukraine for the number of debtor companies.
