Spanish racer Pablo Amoros died on September 6 during a competition at the Monte-Blanco racetrack in Huelva province. The accident occurred during a stage of the GTI Trophy when the racer's car collided with another vehicle at high speed. Preliminary reports suggest that a technical failure may have caused the crash.
