The Head of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Vsevolod Kravchenko, called for the unification of judicial practice regarding Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to money legalization. He emphasized that a special purpose of legalization is a mandatory feature of the composition of the criminal offense under this article.
