The Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) may demand the return of 'excess' pensions if overpayment occurred due to the pensioner's bad faith. However, if the error was made by the fund itself, the pensioner is not obliged to return the funds. There is also a question regarding the possibility of reclaiming underpaid pensions from previous years.
