On July 23, 2026, the Supreme Court of Ukraine rejected a borrower's cassation appeal against the courts' decision to deny her claim to declare the loan agreement, mortgage, and guarantee invalid. The borrower entered into a foreign currency loan agreement with the bank in 2007.
